Billing Questions

You will have received two bills for your medical imaging procedure. One bill is from the hospital or clinic for their technical services. The other bill is from Madison Radiologists for the interpretation of your images or performance of a medical procedure by the radiologist. The exception to this is that exams performed at Dean locations are billed by Dean Health System for both the radiologist and technical components of your bill.

Billing questions from all Dean locations can be called to 608-250-1593.
For questions regarding the bill for radiologist's services from Madison Radiologists (excluding Dean Clinic sites), call Suby Von Hayden & Associates at (608) 826-2600.
For questions regarding the hospital or clinic's technical charges, contact the billing department at the site your exam was performed.

Scheduling Information

Exams are scheduled through the doctor's office that ordered your imaging procedure. If that doctor's office is unable to answer your questions, please consult our list of contact numbers.
